This was a super fun week! We started out last Sunday meeting our newest family member Mia Grace Morrison. It was so fun seeing her and what a wonderful Mommy Mitzi is! As always we loved seeing Karl, Jeannie, Paula and all the rest of the family. Tuesday Adam and I went to Alton on the Amtrak train and visited with Gina & Ethan. Ethan is 15 already! He is so tall and cute. Time goes way to fast! Our lunch was so good at Josephine's tea room. The desserts are the highlight of the meal. There certainly wasn't enough time to visit. Gina and I have been friends since kindergarten. On our way home as we passed through Springfield Aunt Paula was holding up a sign from the train station with Adam's name on it. How sweet of her! She managed to pass it through the conductor to us as we quickly stopped so Adam could have it. I loved the day with Adam it was so fun and wonderful memories. On the 4th of July we hosted a neighborhood party. It was lots of good food and company. We went to see fireworks at a local park. Alex had his 3 1/2 birthday on the 5th. His picture is by a ice cream sundae celebrating his special day.
Now begins Birthday Week! Adam will be 6 on July 9th and Andy will be 9 on July 16th.
